Packages & Prices
A 50% Non-Refundable Deposit is required for all bookings.
Please make sure you are booking on the correct day block.
Mon-Thur or Fri-Sun
A $200 Refundable Incidental Fee is added to Remainer Booking Fee balance.
Final payments must be made no later than one week prior to event.
An invoice will be sent to you for remainder balance.
* All events must be at least 4 hours minimum
*Set/up and clean up time included in hours

*Bar Package are prohibited from children under 21 years of age and expectant mothers.
~ Alcoholic beverages are permitted but must be served at -NO CHARGE- to invited private guest of the Host. Renter/Host is responsible for transporting alcohol to the venue for their guests. No BYOB Service for Guest. A certified Bartender will serve alcohol to guest. ID's will be checked to each guest.

Social Studio permits outside Vendors of your choice for catering, event planning and décor.
Vendors are welcome to use the kitchenette prep area to prepare food.
Event Host is responsible for the service and conduct of their chosen Vendors.
Host are responsible to make sure Vendors clean up after their services.
Vendors are required to arrived and set-up and be back up in the time frame of the Host Booking hours.
